Aerosol Can Manufacturing Equipment
Equipment for the aerosol can industry includes vertical and horizontal can tube tapers for automatic, high speed taping of extension tubes to aerosol cans. The most recent developments are the compact, in-line Vertical Tube Taper and the container Orienter-Labeler for application of pressure sensitive spot labels to any desired location. The Horizontal Tube Taper is recognized as the industry standard and has been operating in many aerosol filling plants since 1978.

Aerosol Can Crushers
Beacon also designs and manufactures aerosol can disposal and recycling equipment featuring the EVAC aerosol can crusher and product recovery system, which includes the EVAC I can crusher (500 cph), EVAC II can crusher (2500 cph), and the newest, EVAC JR can crusher (300 cph) systems. These heavy-duty aerosol can crushers capture and contain more than 95% of the can contents and are air-operated for maximum safety. The crushed can and the product may be recycled or the gases reliquefied and used as an alternative fuel source.

Candy Production Equipment
Beacon's innovative candy making machinery produces hard candy, taffy and caramel using our candy Batch Roller, Rope Sizer, Stick Candy “Stickmaster”, Puff Cutter, and Cooling Conveyor.

At the request of Georgia Tech, Beacon designed a lightweight attachment for apparel spreading machines, the Quarter or Crease Turner. This unit is used inside tubular fabrics for accurate seam positioning and allows up to 20" of infinite adjustability.
